Online payments made through a payment gateway to the SAU for any purpose (e.g., for admission or for registering for events, etc.) are non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned for a specific payment instance. Refund will be processed ONLY for double or duplicate deductions. For any bank related issues, the concerned bank must be contacted for settlement of disputes. The University is not liable for any bank related issues.
