NOTIFICATION

Sub: Extension of time for Registration of Continuing Students from Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Pakistan (both PhD and 3rd semester Masters programmes) for Monsoon Semester 2023-24 – reg.

 

This Notification is in continuation of the earlier Notification of even number dated 04 July 2023 regarding the Registration of Continuing Students. 

Considering the visa related issues, the Competent Authority extends the registration dates of the successful Continuing Students from Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Pakistan (both PhD and 3rd semester Masters programmes) for Monsoon Semester 2023-24, as follows:

Students Aid Fund:

Those students who are offered any scholarship or freeship will be required to pay only Student Aid Fund, which is INR 50, subject to meeting the renewal criteria.

 

Generally, no Registration of students will be permitted after 14th August 2023. However, in exceptional circumstances, the registration may be allowed after 14th August 2023 with a payment of late fee at the rate of US $10 or INR 800 per week.

 

For registration:

  1. Download the Registration Form from the University website.
  2. Pay the fee (if applicable) and the Student Aid Fund online
  3. Submit the signed filled-in Registration Form and the Fee Receipt at exam_reg@sau.int .

This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
